How to Use +

If you’re coming from a non-stick pan, the first 2 weeks will feel strange. That’s normal.

Here’s what you need to know:

Place the pan over medium heat. Wait 2–3 minutes before adding anything.

Is Teflon really dangerous, or is it alarmism? +
